How do I determine the correct size for my piercing?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. We recommend measuring your current jewelry or consulting our 'Size Chart' link in the footer to ensure you select the correct gauge and diameter.
Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original, heat-sealed transparent packaging. If the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products nickel-free?
While our Surgical Steel contains trace amounts of nickel, it is bound within the metal. For those with extreme nickel allergies, we highly recommend our G23 Titanium collection, which is 100% nickel-free.
